Hi,
I have purchased DDA Hire purchase flat in dwarka in 2005 from Allottee. This flat is allotted in 2003 . Now , since I have registered GPA, Do I've right to get it converted to freehold property?
I tried to get it done in 2009 but officers in DDA told me that GPA holders of 2003 allottments are not eligible for lease to free hold conversion . Flats allotted till 2001, come in this category - ( Lease to free hold by GPA holders ). Pls advice as now SC given the order recently that GPA not holding good for property.
