Mother enters into a (Rent) Lease Agreement with Landlord and Registers Lease Agreement.
Mother wants to buy the same property from Landlord and wants to execute Sale Deed in Daughters favour. Daughter & Landlord both have no objection.
Question: Is it mandatory to cancel the (Rent) Lease Agreement before executing Sale Deed? Or is it concidered automatically cancelled in this case?
