Our developer has leased title of property and he has constructed housing societies. He has formed the societies but he is onkly leased conveyance.
- Can he offer outright conveyance if he has lease title?
- He may have some restrictions abt future rights from leasor, can he give us unconditional lease rights suprecedeing original rights he has from the leasor?
This is in Maharashtra act applicable may be MOFA.
