I am working in export company for the last 25 years and now company wants me to leave the company. I have accumulated 240 EL leaves , kindly inform for how many leaves I can claim encashment from the company. The company was not giving us leaves when applied due to heaving work load most of the time. Is there any special provision as per 7th pay commission
