I joined a company 3 months back. I am currently on probation period. I signed service bond with the company. But no training cost was involved. Now i want to leave the job for business. Can i do that without informing the employer? Need legal help.

You cannot leave the job without informing the employer as there might be some clause mentioning the consequences for the same in the said bond. You might go through disciplinary action by the company. Or it shall be advisable to send a notice to the company mentioning the reason for leaving the job.
