Relevant  RTI application annexed with D.O. letter of Ministry of Home Affairs regarding Govt of India's Policy for formation of Rajbhasha Cadre to ensure timely promotion of Hindi personnel is attached.

       The CPIO,P.K. Sahu vide  reply* dated 9.10.2013 denied  all information in collusion with a so called HRM department ( no reference no.,date,name of officers are disclosed )despite the application under the Right to Information Act, under item No. 5 forwarded by the Assistant Director (rajbhasha) Ministry of Finance vide  Hindi letter under F. No. 14011/2/2013-RTI/Hindi.

 

    As the information desired by the appellant is essential for his constitutional Right to Life,that is,that of  public employment, a fundamental right of the appellant it is requested to disclose the information without any further delay instead of bureaucratic suppression of the Right to Information of the appellant suffering since long because of deliberate red- tapism on behalf of the insurance company owned by Govt. of India refusing to follow policy matter of  the Govt. of India.
