Hello,
I was a trainee-sub editor at a famous media house. After working there for 3 months,I handed in my resignation and decided that i will not serve notice period and they can keep my experience letter and relieving letter. Now they are asking me to give them money for 15 days notice period in cheque or they will send a legal notice at my home. There is no bond or anything signed with them just normal offer letter.
