We have a lovely son of two and half years old. My wife left me 15 months ago, her parents are torturing me with false allegations, that I harassed her and tried to kill her. They are planning to spoil our relationship for the purpose of our property, gold and her income. Her parents have already mortgaged our land and gold.
When we had a discussion to settle family dispute with the elders, she told all the silly and innocent complaints against me, which even does not require any suggestions from elders. Everybody declared that there is nothing wrong in our relationship. Their family left from the middle of the discussion, without concluding anything, promising that they will come to discussion after 10 days. After making several phone calls by their relatives, my father in law is not responding and not answering the phone calls.
My wife gave me a mail with all the false, meaningless and ill-logical allegations now and was claiming that I tried to kill her. Many of the allegations are ill-logical and I can prove those allegations as false.
My parent-in-laws along with their friends are brain washing my wife and in turn they are torturing me like any thing. Not ready to come for discussion.
The mail sent by my wife itself is an ill-logical mail and clearly state that all are wrong allegations. There are lot of proofs that I am not looking for money and in fact I spent lot of money for them.
how can I register a case against her parents and their friends.
