Please help me on how to take legal action for the given context.
I have bought appx 10acres agri land in AP appx 1.5yrs ago. I was shocked to know that the land will be taken bythe government under ceiling act. The sellers knows this for the couple of years and sold it to me When i was buying all revenue officials confirmed verbally that the land has no issues and can be brought I have seen the court notice that was issued 5months later to the date i purchased the land.
Is there any way that i can take legal action against the sellers? If so what kind of case i need to file against them - ie - criminal, cheating etc.
Please help me, i put all my 10yrs earnings on this land and it would be too bad for me if i loose it
