Legal action threat by tikona, asking bill payment read mo

Hello,

Yesterday i was call from tikona advocates and asked me for paid pending billing but I have already paid money, which services i have used, last 2 months i haven;t used that services and still asking me for paid pending amount. i have already told their customer team stop my services i don;t want to use but they stick with drop email and request but because of my email id listing was into them database i cannot send them request and they continue billing my serivices.

Now they told me, we will take legal action and take you to the delhi court. my pending amount was only 1000 rupess but why i should pay that without use of that services. 

Yesterdat tikona advocate called me and told me pay your pending bill within 30 mint otherwise we will send your legal notice and you will come to delhi count and if you won't come then delhi court will charge you 50,000 rupes for not come on count on that day. They also told me your case was reigster and this is your number DLRPC1485908

Can you please help me, now what to do.

The calls are by recovery agents.

Record all calls.

Instruc t the calling person to speak his/her phone number from which call is made, full name, address with pin code,email id, name of recovery agency from which call is being made, name/address/email id/phone number of Manger in charge of  recovery agency………………..and finally at the end of call instruct to send Letter By Redgistered Post only from Post Office.

 

Mention the date on which you ordered M/s Tikona for disconnection and instruct to connect from that date.

If you have already paid the Bill, instruct M/s Tikona to supply reciept and fianl bill shwoing NO dues, and NOC/NDC…………  and waive off for the days full unintrupted connectivity was not provided.

 

If M/s Tikona does not comply lodge complaint with TRAI,DoT and pull them to DCDRF.

If you are facing difficulty entrust the matter to your local very able senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in consumer matters.
