Hi,
I have purchased new (resale)home before 7 month back.. Now, i Come to know building chairman and secretary both are staying outside and they have rented ther home to some one elce.
Both are not taking care of flat, Even they have not give any detail of receipt of flat (Like: transfer fee and other) to any one .
Can any one let me know, what is process of change of secretary and chairman from co-operative hosing socity.
