Legal advice

I am  a  nominee of the  flat purchased by my father many years back.  I have two sisters and a brother all married.  I am presently staying in the flat. I woulid like  to know as a nominee can I make a Will stating that in the event of my demise my share of the flat should be given to my brother, should my  sisters lay claim to the flat after my demise.  I am a bachelor and have no heirs, I am a Christian

You can make a Will in respect of your 1/4 share only, not for the whole flat. Your two sisters can claim their share that is 1/2 of flat.
