One of my friend is a divorcee,She got divorce from her husband in the year feb.2009,when her son was 7+ year old.since divorce she is residing separate from her parents with her son though she was residing with her parents since the divorce case started in the year may 2002. but since divorce she is doing a private job to lead the life and residing separately with her son in her owned house. But her Brother and mother has taken away all her gold jewellery and the papers of her owned house and 3 days before when she had been to office they took away her son and when she went to bring her son back, they bitten her severly and broken her scooty .
Kindly advice what should she do?
