You concealed facts (infertility) from your second husband and now you are trying to keep him by any means.This is not fair.Your husband has right to live life as he wishes because your marriage subsists on falsehood.

You told you brothers are millioniar and they can do anything for you.Then why you want your poor husband's property ?You yourself also earning.Buy a flat and live peacefully.

One Rajkumari married one Mr Sanjay and leaves him within 2 months of marriage and 6 later months get mutual divorce on notarised Rs 100/ stamp paper and then again she marries one Mr Ajay within a year. How bigamy will apply legally?

Case 1 Ajay can file bigamy stating Rajkumari was married at the time of marriage by concealing the facts that she was earlier married with Sanjay and by showing proof it is proved, he can also call sanjay as a vitness to prove this.

Case 2 Sanjay can file bigamy stating that rajkumari has done second marriage without proper divorce

Who is entitled to file a case of bigamy and on whom?
