Legal documents

I want to let out my property for a period of 11months.  The name of my wife was added in the Sale Deed out of natural love and to facilitate inheritance upon death.  I declare all income from property in my tax returns.   In the Lease Deed, the Lessor will include both names which expression shall mean and include unless repugnant to the context, its manager, heir, successors, legal representatives and assignees etc

Is it necessary for her to sign the Lease Deed, if she is visiting her brothers.  Is there any expression which can authorize me to sign on behalf of self and herself.

Lease deed will have to be signed by both the owners. You can have a Power of Attorney in your favour for a limited purpose of signing the lease deed..
