I live in an Aprtment in Hyderabad and I have been given a document on Rs 10 Non Judicial Stamp paper by the builder allocating the Parking Area with the boundaries and car parking space number. Since I have got bit bigger car parking area, Flat Association planned and allocated a couple of two wheeler parkings in my alloted car parking space, which is causing me lot of inconvenience. Since I have the document " Allotment of Parking Area" on the stamp paper by builder, can this document be legally enforceable in court if there is going to be a dispute down the line or is it not valid ? I request legal experts to guide me with my situation.
