Hi
A Person aged 89 years staying in mumbai having some agri.property in gujarat.since he is unable to travel (wife is dead) wants to add names of his 3 daughters as legal heir so that after his dealth , their daughetrs do not have to go to his uncles heir for sign etc (proprty is in joint name of 2 brothers)
lawyers have told Rs.35000 to 40000 expenses to add the name.
i feel charges are too high
Pls suggest what should be the reasonable expenses

if property is in joint name than NOC and consent from other brother will be required . Without his consent you cannot add daughter's name in the property as its a joint property.
