Legal heir

My father died in 1988 without writing a will.  We got the legal heir certificate including grandmother (father's mother), my mother, myself and my sister.  My grandmother has 5 sons including my father and one uncle died.  Others are alive.  The property is still in my father's name and it was bought with his own hard earned money. My question is whether we will have any problem at the time of selling it or not.  Also my divorce case is going on, no children.  I would like to know whether my wife can claim interest on the property.  Please advise.

Thank you in advance.

You can sell only your share but before that you need to work out a family partition to define your share.your wife can't claim any rights over the property

Thank you very much. It is a collective decision of me, my mother and sister to sell the house. Do not want to get into any legal problem.
