Hello deligates
I have a query deceased person has got a locker and bank people are not allowing nominee to open the locker instead they are asking for legal heir certificate and succession certificate from tahsildar/revenue dept/competent court but deceased person is unmarried and orphan too how can we create succession certificate or legal certificate to open locker

nominee got locker documents now the question is he has found site related documents how can he claim and sale that site

This is entrirely a different issue unrelated to the opening of the locker. All the more, facts posted are inchoate that any menaingful suggestion is impossible.
