Dear Experts,
a daughter left parent home on her own and got married her lover around 25 years back.after 15 years of her marriage, her father had died. wife, other sons and daugters have been included in the Legal Heir certificate, but eliminated such daughter who left and married on her own.
Based on such certificate, others had sold the family property.
My questions are:-
1. Is it a valid legal heirs?
2. Such a sale deed is valid?

though she had left the home and had married according to her wish she is still a legal heir to the deceased father.the sale is invalid as to her share in the property is concerned

Will that Legal Heir Certificate Valid which is issued by the Govt authority after notification period of 30 days?

This certificate is applicable by the <Spouse> duly indicating the members forming part of the same family...This format can be used only to protect the terminal benefits if due and not for other purposes...
