Legal help

My renter's living in my house fr 25 years without any agreement.. They give rent timely in my hand.. I from sivasagar assam.. Is I need to worry abt if they claim my property or didn't evacuated later I need help in dis matter..

You give notice for ending the lease and their eviction as you require the property for personal use, this notice document will help you as proof of the rent agreement that otherwise you didn't have. Even if the tenant refuse to move out, you can seek eviction from court in future using the legal notice as document to show the tenency.

Thanks.. Can I nw make a rent agreement fr 11 months. Is it sufficient fr my safety

If u r paying taxes regularly collect and keep tax paid reciepts.it is not easy to claim adverse ownership so don't worry.if u or he goes to court it may take -------yrs.
