Legal help against gym operating in adjacent basement causing vibrations in my house.

Hello,

I have a 2 storeyed house (Building). Adjacent/attached to my house a gym is run in the basement  ( my house and the gym have an entire common wall) (The gym owner doesnt own the property, it's on rent). The floor of gym is just below the foundation of my building.

The gym has set up for heavy weight lifting routines (deadlift). They have placed just a thick wooden board on which those weight lifting- dropping and deadlifts are performed.

I have to deal with loud thud noises,  vibrations, clanking of equipments whenever  weight is dropped on the floor which is causing me mental harrassment. The gym operates from 4:30 AM to 10 AM and then again from 3:30 PM till 10 PM. My sister and I are suffering academically as those loud and heavy thuds are way too distracting and disturbing. My parents are 55 years old and they too are very much stressed about this situation. The vibrations caused by the gym in our house's foundation and the entire building is quite frightening. Also the music played by them is so loud that vibrations causes the trembling of window panes which I have recorded in my phone. I have also recorded the loud thuds and noises coming from gym.

We have thrice talked to the gym owner about the situation but to no avail. We dialled 112 and police was also called but they said the matter should be resolved by mutual discussion.

Kindly help me out. What legal options are available to get remedy.

My entrance exams are round the corner. Those gym noises and vibrations are taking up all my attention that I should use on my preparation.
