Is this marriage between the guy and girl shown possible or legal as per Hindu Marriage Act? Or do they fall within the Sapinda Zone?
The image was originally taken from wikipedia but the guys lineal ascent has been altered to show his actual line of progression which is through and through paternal. The girl has also been shown as per real condition. Please someone with knowledge kindly tell us if this marriage is possible or legal or not? Everyone says since the girl line is forked because of her paternal grandmother marriage into another line - its possible. But we think, this falls under the guys five generation irrespective of the girls condition.
