hi My tenant is refusing to vacate my house in India. I have now moved to USA and my property document is in a locker in the bank, which I cannot take out now as I have not given a POA. The tenant does not have Lease Agreement either. What is the best way to evict my tenant. Please advice. Thanks for any information shared.
