Legal obligations

Thank you all. This forum has opened my eyes in many ways. Sacredity apart, I think two lawyers must always be present at the registrar office one talking to the boy and other to the girl, making them understand the whole gamut of legal liabilities and obligations they are signing up for. If marriage is expected to carry legal obligations and/or you have rights, which it does, it should be treated as such, just like any other civil/property contract and both parties should fully understand, comprehend , acknowledge and accept the whole possibility of civil and criminal, bon afide and malafide, possibilities they are opening up both to themseleves and esp in case of boy on his family.

If we are discussing here Registration of Marriage at Registrar’s Office then marriage is a civil union of two souls and with wide open eyes they fall for it. The moment two and or battery of lawyers starts representing HIS and or HER sides then it is called CROWD and whenever there is a CROWD the matters start getting interesting to worse.

Illustration:
Ever seen a crowd gathering around an accident site and the trauma victim (HIM AND HER) faces that is what is called CROWD in civil unions in reference to context so matter of fact SPOUSES should always avoid CROWD especially at REGISTRAR’S OFFICE

Here is a quesion for your further introspection ji; guess when a CROWD cometh in once marital life?

[My hint is, only when the spouses meets with a marital accident J]
You may now differ to above wide open eyes hint as your only Constitutional Rights ]
