Dear sir/madam,
Aim victim of DV act by my wife incorporating my two daughters. Am paying her maintence court ruled order in my absence, where I have appalled in session court for revisionist been three notice served to my wife but she has not attended any of court date. Apart of this I have filled petition under sec 9 from my native where we used to stay together, their also three notices has served but she has not replied to it. In mumbai where we are staying is tenant ship house which is on my mother’s name where my both mother and father are no more. We are 3 brother and 4 sister as legal hirer and served notice to my wife and landward to be actual owner. Now my brother and sister want their share but my wife got court order without the notice of judge and got order to stay in house. What is next step should I proceed.
