Legal opinion about will

Dear Sir/Madam,

My grandmother had done a will about a house in my name and my younger brother name.

After few years my father had sold half of the house illegally to someone(30 years back).

Now i am leaving in the other half of the house and also my brother was adopted to our relative Legally before my parents death.

Now the question is Does my brother still has share in the house?
