What is the legal remedy or type of deed to be executed if the property is in the name of one brother in the title documents (Sale Deed). The property was purchased by all the brothers by contributing equal amount. Now the other brothers need to invoke their names as well for the said property. The brother in whose name the house is at present is ready to support the other brothers if they wish to invoke their names. Now what is the easiest legal remedy available for the other brothers to invoke their names in the title of the property and whats the procedure. Kindle guide me on this.
