Legal rights of younger brother in a property purchased

I am planning to purchase a land. That land is purchased by elder brother in his name who is in government service. Source of money for purchase is not mentioned in deed. He has two younger brothers. They all live in joint family. Does his younger brothers have any legal rights in that land. Can they create any problem after purchased by me.

The purchaser brother would be absolute owner who shall have all rights in the property. where none other have any right, claim or interest.

yes. purchase brother is his own earned property. No others rights over it. The Law gives an individual the full right to deal with the self-earned property in any manner that he pleases;
