Legal heir has any rights to claim or request to revocation of Inam land already sold by our parents with out obtaining special permission from DC or any concern officials in Karnataka.
If yes what is proces?
If no why?
It can't be considered as on ancestral property?
Since no property rest with us now can we request for revocation of the inam land to continue for agricultural activities?
