Our Society collects money, on quarterly basis for maintenance purposes...!! Apart from the Mandatory savings like sinking fund etc, the Soceity Managing committee is always eager to save money and put it in Fixed Deposits...
Is it legal for Society to put Maintenance Funds in Fixed Deposits...
