Dear Lawyers,
My father had purchased a tenancy-right (moola geni) of a property, subsequently as per the Karnataka Land Reforms act he filed the Declaration and the property right was declared to him. After his death is was transferred to my mother.Portion of this property was sold by mother and eldest of the brothers as Yejman of the family sold it to another brother claiming they needed money to repair the house since the rest of the brothers are away from home due to their emploment etc... . Later mother also died. But she was not aware of the golmaals.
(But the brother who bought the portion of the property built the house in another portion of theproperty and put the boundaries to the whole of the proprty. )
Now it is challenged in the Court. Till now put the WS saying the same Yejman capacity.
Wanted to know what is the chances of getting justice to us and what else we may be able to do ?
Thanx
Anand
