What is the remedy to the Decree holder if the Judgment Debtor company sales its property to a company which purchases it without any encumberances. There was no lien on any property of the JD but the tranction was with the JD company.

Transferee is also legal successor in interest for the purpose on hand and is bound by the decree , the decree can well be executed against the transferee,
