Why A should be charged with murder ?

He was not on the scene

In autopsy the time of injury leading to death must have been given

Now at that time A with B must have been at C's place

One more thing , whether C went to his brothers house (victim) to inform him with regard to impending danger of being attacked OR he went after getting the information of being already attacked

Whether A and B were with C at the time C left for his brothers place

Is there any other witness who will say you met C at his house at such time

Has A been named in the FIR

Are they arrested or out on bail

Pl clarify further with answers to the above too
