I need information regarding all necessary licenses and permissions for setting up a Soap Manufacturing firm in any indian state. I know about the drugs & cosmetics act 1940 and the ammendment in 2008 but could find any informations for licenses.
any information on any license, from the very basic one to the most complex would work!
