We are a retail sector company. We have Store across the Mumbai. we have set up a Distribution Centre (DC) in the Mumbai. all the Vegetable, Food items, Edible Oil, Canned Juice, Fruits are deilvered by Vendors to the DC. we process and repack the all above said items as per requirement and deliver to the Store.
i would like to know what are the legal requirements for the operations of DC? is there any sort of license we need to obtain?
