Hi, My filed case on me 498a & DP 3 &4  last month on 03.09.2013. we filed for anticipatory bail in session court and it got rejected and we filed in Highcourt and am waiting for AB. My in laws are planning to do something to me if I go their hometown. from my hometown distance is 500km. my parents are uneducated and they dont know anything they scaring if I go their hometown they will do something to me. They have some political back ground and police influence. now they are searching for me with police. they came to our home and they given warning to my parents and they called to my parents they given warning if ur son is not come attend and we will take u. ur son will not get bail. he will not comeback to ur home like that they given warning to my parents. now my parents are fully tensed if I go there they will do something to me. Tone and tenor suggest that you are doing our job. 

Further you want the advice of this forum on feasibility of submitting some proofs which this forum has not seen (nor you are willing to describe) and want a draft letter to SP.

If your are applying to AB in High Court it means you already have a lawyer and would not consult him on this draft expecting that he will charge something and want a vague advise on vague facts.

Mere fact that your AB is rejected means that you are absconder and searching for you with police is not illegal at all. It is their right to compel and assist police to nab you.

When police does not succeed in getting a fugitive then they compel his family to attends police station and it is their 175 year old trick by way of which even hardened terrorist come to toes. Nothing new in your case.
