Lingering dates in exparte divorce

Divorce case sec. 13(a) is moving exparte.  The stages are going as under:

1) Summons - Notice (8 attempts- Finally Served)

2) Issues

3) Petitioner Evidence (Last 3 dates and next date in April - Same Status)

We have given the Evidence in the month of January itself and the copy of these evidences is also served. Then the next date in February was again Petitioner Evidence.  Then the next date in March is further Evidence.  Finally, we have submitted an application that no more evidence is to be submitted and closed the stage of Cross Examination of Respondent as he never remained present.

Now the next date in April and online status still shows the stage of Petitioner Evidence.  Why the case is not moving ahead.

What is to be done to get the exparte divorce at the earliest.

Note:  Respondent never appeared during this course of 1.5 years of case.

You wanted suggestion hence you chose this forum seeking solution to your problem. However your case is already going on, now what makes you repeat the story here and seeking suggestions for the same remedy. you may wait for the outcome of the case and then revert for more suggestions in case the case is not decided in your favor.  Getting exparte orders there is procedural law to be followed, until unless that is done by your advocate exparte orders wont be passed even after 5 years.
