We are planning to buy a land in Yapral (V), it is informed by the Broker that the property falls under gramma kantam and has given sale deed copy which is first time registered and informed that there are no other Link Documents. Furhter, read from Sale Deed that the property is ancestral property.
Please let us know 1. what are the documents to be taken and from where they can be obtained (2). Steps to be taken to have a clarity of property and title of the property.
