List of docs reqd for transfer of property through gift deed

The documents that is required to be submited to the society for recording the change of ownership are as follows. :-

1) copy of the registered gift deed

2) orignal share certificate

3) form for application to be included as member of the society (format the society shall povide)

4) rs 100 as entrance fee

5) any other declarations or undertakings as may be required by the society ( format again shall be provided by the society itself).
