better not to do, but legally it is no offence.

but if he marries that girl - it is punishable u/s 494 ipc.

provision of sec 494 & 497 contradicts.

only solution is to declare 'divorce' as personal liberty under art 21 of the coi.

then people will not go on live in. they first get divorce then marry the next.
