Hi,
I have a loan in HSBC and transferred to SBI 15 days before. In this process, builder has writtent to SBI that they can not issue another NOC as one NOC already given to HSBC. Now HSBC bank has given me Lien letter. builder is saying that they need there NOC back then only they will give NOC to SBI for loan transfer.
Q.1 what should I do here?
Q.2 builder is planning to for society in 10 days. suppose builder does not give noc then what is the procedure. will bank accept NOC from society?
