Dear Sir,
ek bank loan account 2018 me NPA ho gaya tha, that time the amount is approx Rs. 43 lakhs. uske baad me Notice aaya & District Magistrate Court Hapur (UP) me case hua,
& waha se bank ke favour me order hua ki bank kabza le sakta hai & auction ker sakta hai.
last week bank wale police ke sath Ghar per kabza lene aaye & Bahut hi miss behave kiya & humare per dhamki di & pressure dala ki wo Ghar ki sealed karenge and humne Rs. 20 lakhs market se udhar lekar bank me deposit ker diye, than bank walo ne sealed nahi kiya & 31/03/2021 tak ka time diya balance amount deposite ke liye.
kya DRT/ High Court se relief mill sakta hai ki balance amount ki small installment ban jaye???

First contact a local advocate make a bargain with the Bank, then file a case in Lok Adalat.  If you are fortunate, and if your problems are genuine and if there is no criminal intention involved Lokadalat may convince your banker.   This effort costs nothing except advocate fees of few hundreds.
