I am working as a Legal Officer in one logistic company having its Branch Office in Gujarat. We are planning to provide logistic services to one Pan Masala Manufecturer based at Gujarat to distribute its products across pan India. My questions are:
1. Can we provide logistic services to them as Gutka and Pan Masala products are banned in Gujarat as well as in some states.
2. If yes, what special care is required to avoid penalties / holding of trucks at Check-post by Authorities and if hold, who will be liable for penalties ?.
3. Any specific advise pls.
