I had a product that i returned as it was defective and they said that they will provide me a replacement. But now they want me to take a refund for the product. But as the price of product has increased since i bought the product on amazon, i would have to give more money to buy the same product while if i get a replacement, i will be fine. what are my consumer rights regarding this?
they have lots for hidden points in their return policies but if u show some action and dedicate some time definitely ull gets the refund or equivalent product.
