few more facts be known before giving you any advise however if the property belonging to ancessostral one then your fathers had a share in it and after his death that share will transfer in your mother and his children. i need to know the mode of transfer of property by your grandfather to your uncle,feel free to call on 9459321520 on for detailed advise.

The following issues have to be replied;

   1 Is your grand father's property self acquired or ancestral? If it is self acquired you have no rights.

   2 if it is ancestral property , when did the transfer take place?Did your father file a suit against the transfer when he was alive?

  3 the issue of limitation act has also to be considered to see whether any claim by you will be time barred.

I dont know the mode, i have not seen the property papers. 

But I know this much that long back he took my grand pa to tees hazari court and got the propery done in his name.

The property has been sold but they are still living their. I dont know the actual status also as we are not at talking terms now. my mother is a widow and is living with my elder sister's family. They kept the transaction secret from us but called and let us know a week ago while the deal has been done around 1.5 months back, as told by them.
