I have got a situation for me now. My wife asked for divorce through mutual consent. She cited that she cannot live with me due to mutual incompatibility.
Now i request you all to guide me how shall i proceed further from here on. She is not demanding any compensation.
My question is if I agree now for mutual consent, can she file DV/498A or other criminal cases either against me or my family members?
If she files such cases, how far it stands- will it be weak or strong? reason i am asking this question is, she already asked for dowry.
What is the possibalities and how shall i proceed further? Please Please Please help.
