My father and mother own a flat in a cooperative society in Mumbai. They have lost the share certificate and purchase agreement papers. My mother passed away a few months back. We need to apply to the society to issue a duplicate certificate in favor of my father. Could some one please provide me the template for the following:

Template for N.O.C from legal heirs to transfer the share certificate in the name of my father.
