Lost land document

Hello, I brought a property on April 2016 unfortunately I got power of the property after getting power of the property i got following documents 1.main land document 2.1 person father giving the land to the son 3.son giving power to me 4.life certificate 5.receipt document I lost 2 and 5 documents As per documents wrighter's advice I went to police station to get a noc but they are not taking my compliant they want number 2 person to make complaint they said I am the 3rd party. at the time of registration do I need receipt too Please advice. I am lost don't know what to do
