Dear All,
I just want to know that what would be the remedy in case of lost of original will of the property?
actually, the copy of the will was submitted before the Hon'ble court, but original one was lost by the owner of the property....Now he want to settle the case and sale the property to the party.
Now, Whether i should file the FIR as i know that mandatory.....or get court certification for the originality of the Will before the purchaser...so that no future dispute arises....?
